i put my baby on another vacation inside the shop to melt off all the packed on snow so i can start working on it a bit more...
swap wheels and try messing with the window regulator again, and then posibly swaping the DX exhaust for the EX header.

o man... just spent the last hour cleaning up my rims and still have more work to do tomorrow.
i just slapped the stock steelies back on the civic.

... i also forgot all about my busted axle boot until i started cleaning that wheel got my shower all greasy.LOL ya id like to clean the wheels outside BUT temps about 26degrees are still to cold to wash the wheels out there.... so i did what i had to do and used my shower to clean them up. im surprised its not popping any yet ive been driving on it for a good 5months now.LOL

tomorrow im going to use a bunch of googone and remove all of those weak @ss glue on wheel weights and old adhesive tape left on and my next day off ill take the wheels down to the tire shop to have them rebalance the wheels and have them ready for the spring...
main thing im sh***ie about is when those old weights came off i guess they spun around inside the wheels and scratched up the inside of the wheels a bit. nothing serious but enough to **** me off since ive babied these wheels alot since i bought them new!
so this time im going to clean the inside wheels really good before i have them balance them. i think last time the adhesive stuff either didnt stick very good because they didnt clean the wheels before sticking them on or maybe the cold and spinning my wheels so much in the snow and ice might have had a bit to do with them busting loose.... not sure. but i want to try anything i can this time.
rather than deal with those ugly hammer on weights!

do you guys think if i used some epoxy glue over there weights it would hold the weights stronger than the adhesive tape they just use? if i use a thin layer of it around the weights and over them i think it would hold them alot stronger... but do ya think that little bit of epoxy glue would throw the ballance off much if any? i just dont want to keep going back to have them rebalanced since some of them just fall off over time....
any ideas?

and i also weighed my 17inch wheels. they are 10lbs more than my steelies....
