"what have you done to your civic today?"
Ok supersize ill show you what i did when i first got the car it had that cardboard crap and it was all warped so i made my own floor and it only cost me 30 bucks plus a week of time.

I already gave someone directions on how to make it.
Now on this new project that I started on today I should have pics up tomorrow

my cuz did that but i wanted it for my tire and stuff with my luck ill have a flat as soon as i do that lol ive had to put the donut on twice already so thats why i kept that that way but you gave me an idea so ill let you know if i do it
get some POR15. that stuff works great, just brush of the majority of the rust and brush on the por15, paint over rust, i painted my drums on my truck and didnt even brush any rust off them which was very rusty, and 6months later afew days ago when i got new tires i looked at the drums and even where the wheels mount to still had black paint on them.
when i had some civic i painted the caliper/rotors/drums with that caliper paint from autozone and it wore off within 6months on about 50% of the areas i painted... totally unhappy with that stuff, but the POR15 stuff rules! im going to paint my trucks whole frame with it this summer when i pull the bed off.
and to keep it relivent... not my civic but junk yard civic, got me some good parts and stoped by some seized LCA bolts.

you should have enough wire so you can flip the front seat down and push the box ontop of it, then you can get to the spare.
and you can still secure your box to the vehicle with some straps and screws/bolts if you wanted.
on my black civic i never had a good donute so took it all out. but i had it in my silver civic where i would just push the box back to get to it. tho i never needed to.
the hinged side doors is a good idea but not as easy to pull off and be clean, unless you run the board all th way back to the seat for a clean wall effect. mine wasnt to hard since i had a backboard i tied into to make it a tight fit and no need for latches, and i just tucked the carpet into the track seals for a stock look.
^^wow i really like that look, mind looking at my thread and giving me some further advice? https://www.hondacivicforum.com/foru...ad.php?t=79962
Put back my passenger side seat, felt like being "jdm yo" for a few days
