Today I traded a 12 pack of Miller Lite for some lift time to work on my sister's car. I got 6 tires mounted and balanced and did a header swap. Her old catalytic converter went out and the header was cracked pretty bad. Replaced gaskets and did it all right. Then went home and swapped more tires. It was fun to operate the lift.

Cleaned the o2 sensors, cleared the CEL codes, and the CEL hasn't come back on yet.

I wonder if it's a big deal that I swapped it with a California emissions header... ?

I'm getting new front and rear brakes on friday. Before winter, my rears were down to 3mm. Since then, I've had to slam my brakes a couple times (stupid red light cameras). Who knows what they're down to now? They're not squeaking or anything so they are probably on the verge of grinding.

Well, technically I did this yesterday...installed new battery, put in new upper control arm, put in new lower ball joint, installed outer tie rod, and took it out for the smoothest drive I have had in it since I started driving it!
