Default 05 si vs 06 LX

Well I think it time to upgrade a bit,
basically I need cruise control and a lil more pep.

I have a chance to get a 05 SI with 54000KM on it nothing really
or an 06 LX with 50000km on it.
I believe the 06 is 140 HP and the SI is 127.
What one and why?

Ahh, No
You are from USA I guess.
The SI was 127HP the SIR which was not available in Canada in 05 only 02-04 was in fact 160hp. (sold as a Hatch)
The 05 SI I am looking at was sold in the USA as an EX I believe.(this is a coupe)

So back to my original question what one and why.
I believe the SI is geared differently, but still not sure what is better deal as
06 models seem to be bigger faster stronger.
I currently have a 2000 DX with a whoping 103hp, if it had cruise and more comfy
seats I would keep it.

I have an 07 lx (same as 06). And I love the car. It has a nice pep in its step, really comfy, and great on gas.

Which one.
I would go with the 06 Civic

Why.
1. The body style is really nice, and i think even 10 years from now it will still hold up to time.
2. Really good on gas and has alot of room inside.
3. The motor has a ton of potential.

TSI makes a nice turbo that gives you 60+ Hp, this is 1 thing i will pick up as soon as my cars warranty ends.
