hello all

i am looking at buying a 5 door 1999 1.4 is civic but want to know what mpg it dose?

can any one help

i have looked on auto trader and it says

Fuel consumption (combined) 44.1 mpg

then i looked on parker.co.uk there information comes from honda and they say

Fuel consumption (combined) 36 mpg

also some honda civic,s have an eco light on the dash what, dose it mean?

 

I don't think it would be that high of mpg, and eco light is just telling you your are using least amount of HP/rpm/vacuum to propel the car forward at the moment
