im not sure what the dealer would charge for the part but there usually 90-100 dollars an hour for labor alone. with that being said i think it would be cheaper to have the dealer do it or somebody with a laser cutting machine and a key re-programer otherwise if you do it yourself you will have to have the car towed to the dealer for re-programming a tow these days is very expensive. you could try to use the emergency start feature but ive never tried it so im not sure if it works you would also need the code from the dealer im not sure if the car has to be present for them to give you the code.
also the dealer charges $50-100 dollars for a new key then an additional 50-100 dollars to re-program the key every dealer is different so shop around. they mite even not charge you for re-programming if they replace the lock.if your locksmith has all the proper hardware then it would most likely be cheaper for them to install it if

Have you checked the price at Majestic Honda website?

i believe majestic wants around $300 dollars. i wouldn't buy an after market cylinder when it comes to this part you don't want to get stranded somewhere use oem parts.

So same price as in upper post from Majestic, how the hell can they differ.... my dealer 5 minutes away and somewhere else by $120, which I could use to pay the locksmith ......

because dealers don't really care about you and they have ton's of overhead cost which they extend to the customer to turn a profit. its sad but in this day and age its all about monetary consumption and not customer satisfaction. honestly id rather pay my local small company locksmith then my multimillion dollar honda dealer. i use to work for my towns honda dealer and i know for a fact that they would screw somebody over at the drop of a hat. but don't get me wrong im sure not all dealers are like that but the majority stands.also from majestic or honda parts did you factor in the price of shipping ???
