Default 2006 Coupe LX Price

Hello All,
I'm new to this forum and I'm thinking about purchasing a 2006 Civic Coupe LX. I have searched for information about pricing and have had no luck. Does anyone know what kind of discounts can be expected from the dealer when purchasing, if any? I am located in the Southern California Region. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!!

I wouldnt have any clue. The dealer who you are looking at will tell you of any deals they have.

Best quote I've gotten so far is $16360 on an LX 5M Coupe...and of course, the ever popular 'If I was $100 less than that, would you buy today?', so I'll call it $16260 for now, I think I can squeeze another couple of hundred bucks out of them. One of my local dealers is offering TWO sets of Original Equipment tires if you do routine maintenance through them, which is quite an offer.

I've been checking around in here Dallas and not only are they not offering any specials, but they won't come off the MSRP. They also don't have any Civic SI(s) for sale. I've had more than one dealer tell me that they won't have any problem selling for the MSRP and above that, so they don't have to do any deals. The best I found was $17860 for a 4-door Civic LX w/ Auto and that was David McDavid Honda in Irving. I guess I'll wait.

Peace,

try the internet.

I bought my previous WRX for $4,000 off MSRP just by doing a little online shopping.

there's ALWAYS another dealer around that's willing to deal if you're local one isn't.

if you were in North Carolina, I could refer you to a great dealer, but you're half a continent away. lol.

I got my 06 EX coupe 5M for $1,000 below MSRP.

I just got mine.
[see siggy!]

and i will say it's ****in hard to go to a dealership and get much off of the sticker price.
they'll claim the car is in HIGH DEMAND, and in my area, it's true.
...but still no excuse not to come down in price.

it depends a lot on the region you're in.

the dealers in my area start at about $17,300.

I got a huge discount on mine. The dealerships here in MA are moving them just like any other Honda.......lots of room to talk!!
I got about chunk right off the sticker. My Ex has the HP 17" wheels and tires, rear lip spoiler, mud guards, wheel locks, factory fog lights, and trunk tray. The sticker came to about $21,600. They gave me Blue Book for my Trade which was about $1500. I ended up only financing 18,600. Thats another 1500 off the sticker and basically got me all the accessories for free!!
