Hey there, just bought a 2006 civic coupe.

Have a few questions, I know that the SI model is the model that gets stolen frequently here in Canada. Mine is the EX model, wondering if this model gets stolen a lot too, I am unsure to get theft coverage on insurance. Because I believe there is a anti-theft immobilizer system on the 2006 model correct?

Also is there a website that has recalls on the vehicle? hopefully the recalls haven't expired yet, I don't think the previous vehicle of the owner had any time to get them done.

If someone wants your car, they will get it, immobilizer , kill switch, boot, it will take tem a little longer but if they want it bad enough they will get it.
