if you can get a 07 si for under $16k with very very low mileage, I definitely wouldn't spend $20k on any civic.

 

I suggest going to www.edmunds.com and finding out the invoice price. I truly believe that the Invoice Price is an average but gives you something to go on. I wouldn't go over $100 above Invoice. Dealership is going to get a Kick Back.
