Default 25 mpg is this normal?

I calculated my mpg and got 25mpg on my 92 civic, is this noramal? It has a 1.5 liter d15b engine and its automatic. What is it supposed to be? I drive it hard sometimes also, that might be why its so low.

Accordng to www.fueleconomy.gov your mileage isn't too far off normal. They say 26 MPG city and 33 MPG highway. Here is the page on your car. http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/calcu...=1&id=8713
