So I am getting rid of the D16A6 I have and throwing in a D16Z6 motor. Here is what I am planning to get.

-YCP Vitara pistons (75mm)
-Wrist pins and C clips
-Piston rings (Hastings)
-Timing Belt
-Water Pump
-ACL Rod Bearings
-ACL Main Bearings
-ACL washers
-ACL Race Bearings
-Full engine Gasket & Seals set--> Head gasket (approx .030 thickness)
-Eagle 'ESP' H-Beam Connecting Rod Sets
-AEM True-Time Cam Gears
-Supertech Spring / Retainer Kits
-Supertech Valves
-Crower Crank
-T04E Turbocharger
-CIVIC D16 TURBO MANIFOLD W/ EXTERNAL WASTEGATE FLANGE
-HKS SUPER SEQUENTIAL BOV
Then of course downpipe,chargepipe, wastegate,intercooler, oil lines,ems,fuel system.

get arp headstuds, the t04 turbo seems to be a little to big for the D" series motor,

 

Yes forgot to mention arp headstuds lol. So you think like a t3/t4 then for turbo ?

 

yea something like that is perfect, or even one size smaller, how much boost are you planing on running?

 

im gonna have a similar setup but with lots of headwork too
im gonna be using a t3 or a t3/t4 (prolly this one since i have it laying around)
or if i get impatient ill just use one of the greddy kits i have laying around lol

 

Just plannning on pushing 10 psi for now. Got a buddy running bout the same setup but same t04e turbo boosting 15 psi on his block right now. So in the future prolly want to do more

 

whens he hitting full boost?
and what #s u looking for
and do u have all the parts listed above or is that what youre planning on?

 

His full boost is at like 3200 or 3400 around there. Also I am just looking for 250-350 hp. Those parts are not what I have yet but plan on ordering so far. Just getting pricing done pretty much right now.
