Default '93 EX + Parts = Power?

So my 1993 EX is finally up to snuff as far as general maintenance and regular repair goes (full tune up, filters, fluids, shocks, tires, brakes, et cetera), and I'm looking for a little more.
It would seem that there are a myriad of divergent opinions about power-adders, but I wonder, what are realistic, dyno-backed numbers for modifications like CAI and cat-back? How about cam shafts? I have had a hard time finding any aftermarket providers who have information pertaining to, or data from dyno runs to back up their claims. "Increased mid-range," or "Better top end," seem to be the extent of the 'data' out there.
Am I just looking at the wrong performance parts haus' (neuspeed, skunk2, edelbrock, apexi, greddy), or is this something that this import set feels comfortable just going on faith alone with?
That said, I wonder if it is realistic for me to ask for a ballpark figure: CAI, header, and cat back gains? Is this motor even that responsive to those kind of modifications?
Thanks.

I/H/E will get you about 5-10 hp MAX. All companies say that non sense. Camshafts will require tuning, which is a whole other ball park. Not much power to be had with a single cam unless you boost, or swap it
