94 civic ex engine light on

Default 94 civic ex engine light on

does anyone know where to go to get the code, autozone says the car is to old for there machine

to old.. i dont know about that, iknow advance auto can get your code. My friend got my code's by seeing how many times my check engine light blinks, i dont know how he got it to do that, but im shoresomeone here could tell you how to do that if you want to find out what code you have. you also have to find a webpage that has all your code #

It uses a blink system. You just need to use any piece of wire to jumper the test connector located above the ECU (on the right side wall of the car, just under the top of the carpet.). There are two connectors there, you want the smaller one. Once the jumper is in place, turn on the key but don't start the engine. Count the blinks of the check engine light.

count slow ones 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 then whenit starts to blink fast, 1,2,3,4,5,6. put them togather like 76. it will give you diffrent blinkif you have more than one code. Each code will start with slow blinks. I think this is rite.
