Wait for one. Honestly, if you know what you want, then don't buy something else.
Although an Si in good condition is hard to come by....anywhere. Unless you're stuck on the coupe idea, the EX sedans came with a D16y8, which is also VTEC, they have power everything and a sunroof
I also think the 4dr looks a bit better than the coupe, but that's just me

I believe so. I'm not completely sure that ALL EX's came with VTEC (although that doesn't really make sense to me, but it could be true).
Usually the valve cover has VTEC written on it, but for the 1996-2000 EX, it doesn't. But it's easy enough to tell. the Intake manifolds are different, and it'll have D16y8 stamped on it
