Ok, no problem, like I said I will never buy a car without negotiating cuz I know I would feel bad after that, so 5,200 on the road will be my last price. My roommate thinks my last price should be 5,000, but I'm willing to pay 5,200 and I have the money so I decide!

Oh and a last thing, since it's the first time I'm buying a car, for the insurance, I searched a bit and apparently geico seems a good deal for me, but shall I get the car insured before I leave the car dealer or do I have until the same day midnight for it?

 

Arrange to have car insurance in advance of the purchase. Never drive the car uninsured. Call the insurance company for details.

Well yeah, but that's part of life. Yesterday I didn't have the money yet and today, If I've been there earlier, he wouldn't have lowered the price because there was another potential buyer.

Anyways I searched a little bit on the net and it seems they are a lot of dishonest guys. On a list of 8 potential buys, I'm now at 2 after a Carfax check (with odometers problems, cars salvaged, with accidents, flooded...)
