Aftermarket Steering Wheels

Aftermarket Steering Wheels
Who's done one? How much of a PITA was it? Any tips? What kind of wheel and kit was used? If there's something available using the Search feature, I haven't found about it yet, but I'm still looking.
Reason: I'm 6'5" and getting in and out of my '95 VX isn't good for me (and can't be good for the car) because of the steering wheel sitting so low. I'm planning on yanking the stock wheel and going with something aftermarket. I'd really like a nice Pilot or Momo wheel, but I'd be just as happy with an APC, Grant, or anything really that I could slide my leg under without any trouble.
I already snagged a tilt column, and unfortunately, import columns aren't the same as domestic columns. They only tilt 'down' from where the non-tilt columns already live. So that was $50 thrown away.
Any advice and/or pictures would be hugely appreciated - thanks in advance.
