Accident was not my fault, but I am still responsible for who I hit. (fyi - I am fully covered... she's being repaired to factory condition thanks to my dad's friends at an autobody shop that's local.)

Regardless.. I am DISAPPOINTED that my airbags did NOT deploy.

Who should I contact to complain? Luckily myself and my passenger were not injured, but this is disconcerting

 

not sure if the impact was hard enough to deploy the air bags, from the pics it looks like it might have. to complain go to your local honda dealer and they should tell you where to file complaints, think they should refer you to the honda headquarter.
