Supposedly it increases throttle rseponse, maybe a lighter unit, but would it have any negative effects?

 

I could sit here and write about a million things that I would buy before buying one of those.

Looks like a huge waste of time and money to me....

And what do you mean by a lighter unit..? If you are implying that this would reduce weight somehow, then I think you're on the wrong track. It says it "slides over the OEm unit"

 

I dunno, i've heard some people say they like them. Just increases throttle per amount of peddle down.

 

basically its a longer rotor that opens the throttle plate quicker. Couldnt be a more simple concept. Its OK, will increase throttle response but not sure if you will feel or see any difference at all.

 

I mean that all it does is change the distance that the gas petal moves. I would rather spend my money on things that are more useful. Does it really take you that long to push the petal down that you need one of these?

 

It's shiny and colorful. That's the only reason to buy it. If you're expecting to go faster, there are much better uses for the money.
