Im intersested in setting up a 94 civic for an entry level autocross application. Is this recomended, and if so what are the best engine swaps to include F/I, or N/a. Any experienced racers info would be greatly appreciated?

swapping or building the engine will bump you into a much higher auto x class.

Yes that part i know, however the civic were building for this project has D16z6 which is proving to be a harder than most engine to find.

well if you want to run in street mod or something you can, I mean, you can still build a decent car to compete in that. You'll want a torquey motor without lag, i woulnd't recommend the turbo for autocrossing.
