B16A2 can make 200 WHP N/A... it'll just cost a lot.

B18C1 is gonna be a much better powerplant though and will reach the goal much easier. B16 is an overrated engine. If you're gonna go B-series, you should go B18.

 

B18 is where its at. B16 has no torque, not that any Honda really does for that matter. I have the B18b1 and I always take B16 Civics off the line and usually run nose to nose. Just showing how over rated the B16 is while you can get a B18b1 swap for around $1000.
