Default Bent Crossmember? Need Advice

Hi, I have a 98 Civic DX that thanks to my not paying attention I ran over a parking block. From what I can tell I bent the front crossmember that supports the radiator and two cooling fans. The radiator and fans were bent backwards and cracked. It also put a big dent in the oil pan. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to bend it back into shape and if so how would I do it. I want to try to fix this myself. Thanks

If I understand what you are suggesting the radiator support and crossmember are all one piece and can be replaced rather than beaten back into place? How is this support connected? I looked like it was welded.

There two different pieces. what i understand that your saying is you bent 2 things your crossmember, and your radiator support. If im correct a crossmember has nothing to do with the radiator. Im not to shore if these parts are welded. If your radiator/fans are puch back it sounds like you also need A NEW radiator support.

you posted this in the wrong place(General Tech Help is where it should be) , but some one should be in here that knows more than me soon...
