Default Air in tires

Keep the tires inflated to 32 psi. The rest of the stuff is garbage. You will never get the money back from an exhaust or any intake with fuel savings. At best you would get 1 mpg.

Drive it gently and if you see a red light ahead coast up to it (and don't hold the clutch in while you are doing that like someone else mentioned), keep it tuned up and keep the tires inflated. Under inflated tires will hurt mpg. Try riding a bicycle with under inflated tires and you will get an idea how much harder the car has to work when it has them.

the sticker is located in the door jam
