Default Buying a 2003 Civic EX

Dear Civic owners,

I will be looking at a 2003 EX, 4 door manual tomorrow (and if I purchase it I will be here for good, of course )

I was wondering if any of you could give me any tips as to what to look for in regards to buying a 2003 EX. I'm familiar with cars, but I've only ever owned Corollas before, so I was wondering if there are any problem spots or problem parts I should be aware of on this model. Or rather, anything I should be aware of on 2001-2005 civics in general, since if I don't buy this particular one I'll be looking within that generation for another.

Thanks for any help!

uh, just normal things you should check for really. i wouldn't expect any rust, it's only 5 years old. make sure the timing belt's been changed if it has at least 90k miles.

One thing you can keep an eye out for would be indentations around the sunroof. 01-05 civics that have been in fender benders or driven very hard will often get impressions about baseball sized on each of the 4 corners.

But yeah...just the normal stuff.
