Default Buying a used Civic w/ high miles?

There is a 2006 Civic EX with 91,000 miles for $12,000. I am wondering if the high miles are a reason to pass on this car. I know Honda's are reliable but this would be my first car.

Also, I am a HUGE fan of the 2006-2008 Civic body-style. I think the 09 refresh kind of hindered it. Any thoughts??

I think that mileage is high for the price. As you know, in the economy, it's a buyer's market. If you have some time, be patient and think you can get a whole lot better bang for your buck if 12K is your budget.

im not sure on the price but with that many miles they are most likely all highway miles so thats good
if that car was properly maintained it should have no problems at all
