Thats what I have read somewhere and heard as well.

 

I read somewhere a while back that they were doing this. they are doing it because they know that our cars mean a lot to us, so its a deterent. im pretty sure it was an interview somewhere with a Cali police officer. ill see if i can find it.

 

Maybe the state should start cutting off rapists weaponry to keep things fair. I'm sure that means a lot to them .
