Noooooo. The Accord F22 and S2k engines are COMPLETELY different, even though they're the same series. The S2k engines turn the other way (clockwise) and use timing chains...

i would just start with a honda hatchback shell and snag all the parts off of a s2k and go from there...

^dito...be prepared to blow a crap load of money and run into an imense amount of problems..
