Default Can my B20 take down a chevy 327?

Hey guys
Im suppose to race one of my friends this summer
im buying an Eg civic and stuffing in a B20 Cr/Vtec
im wondering if my moderatly built can take down his chevy pickup (1989single cab loong box)with a fair modded 327?
i dont want to make myself looks stupid

and i just did with my spelling lol
my moderatley build B20 Crvtec can take down his chevy longbox pickup with a fairly modified 327

I'm betting you can, since your car will weigh next to nothing and have better gearing.

that said, i did watch an episode of Pinks All Out and a lady with on 50s Ford Truck with a heavily built v8 was pwnin' doodz left and right. but her truck was a pure drag racer.

depends, there are a couple different packaged 327 sbc's, if he has a set of heads and a cam forget it
