Default Can someone tell me what this is


I was driving and I made a turn and I guess I hit the concrete side and this broke off. It's by my driver side wheel. I been having trouble with the number always coming off.

A little more info like a year and a model might help get an answer. Also a pic from a little further away so we can orient ourselves. Thanks.
