got the settlement check today. that has been the only plus to this whole ordeal. they come and tow the car tomm.

 

thta sux man, but what really sux is that when i totaled my civic, since i didnt hit anybody i didnt get anything.

Did you get what you thought for the settlement?
Just so everyone knows.....I have a buddy that works for an insurance company, and he told me "Never settle with their first few offers, keep arguing as long as you can and get the price up. The insurance companies always try to lowball you as much as possible, and they get away with it 90% of the time."
