never delt with timing new to me so. just did a rebulid on my engine and the timing is off i think. it wont idle and when i hold the gas down a little bit to keep it going the idle goes up and down. do i have to take the timing belt cover off to get the the marks on the drive pulley. it a 91 honda civic dx hatch. thanks for any help.
