Default Civic 98 Compressor Replacement

I got a new OEM compressor ,drier, expansion valve and condensor from internet . I don't know if I need to pour the oil out from the OEM compressor and refill it with correct amount ? I understand that Lubirication is critical to the system and don't want a premature install, anyone has any suggestion?

Thanks
