Is there anybody on here who owns a Civic Del Sol, the two seat targa top convertible that was produced from 1992-1996 in the US?

Oh, okay. I began thinking of them more recently because when I was leaving Walmart, I saw one entering. The last one I saw one before the Walmart appearance was in a KFC parking lot. It was parked and I literally waited outside until the guy who owned it came out, and looked at me like I was a complete idiot. I said his car was awesome and it was my dream car when I was in high school.

 

I remember wanting one when I was in high school, too. The only "convertible" honda I want now is an s2000.

 

And now they have none. What really started my Honda obsession was when my dad had an '04 S2000. But now he has a Q50. Like two years after he bought it, I saw images of the del sol and I wanted it so bad. I wanted it as my first car in high school. It was shortly after I turned 20 (my birthday is in April) that my dad traded in the S2000 and replaced it with a 2012 Infiniti M37x (he got that in August 2012). But it got totaled in a crash and now he has a '15 Q50 Premium.

 

Speaking of the S2000, I liked it, it was just awesome! Rumor spread Honda might bring it back. I know they will build some sports car alongside the Acura NSX, and I do not know if their sports car will either be known as the S660, S600 or S2000.
