Default converting auto to manuel

i have a 93 civic ex i want to convert it to stick i was wondering what engines and trannys would be the best choise i would like to get another d16z6 but manuel but keep it all stock as possible if i cant find that either b16type r or h22a what would you guys choose

You are asking an extremely vague question.

How much money do you have? How much power do you want? What are you plans for the future with this car? Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

Converting from an auto to a stick is costly & a lot of work. You might be better off finding a car with a stick & driving that.
