Would upgrading my ignition, plugs, wires actually be worth it? Especially at an early stage in moding.

Not really. Put your money into something else first.

First off, no stupid questions, only stupid people. And that was a good question and I agree w/ngo. You wouldn't get as much out of it as you would after doing more engine mods. Don't know if you've messed with the big three yet, but work for those first: Intake, Header, Exhaust. ...Although a set of Nology (or other) wires do look nice

^ exactly, every body here (and no exceptions) was a n00b at one point. They wont make reall any difference unless they have gone bad in the first place.

Not true, remmy! The nology hotwires I bought are said to increase my HP up to 5%...but that's not the payoff. The payoff is the sticker that comes with it...adds up to 25 horses!!! Still looking for the dyno, though!

you wont get power from more spark(unmodified) inless somthing was wrong with it before, if they could have a "better" burn from the factory, they would just to make theres better than others.

Plus, if you ever want to go FI, you'll just end up having to replace them for a colder model anyway

I have read that ignition is (one of) Honda's strong points and that the stock ignition is good to like 250+Hp.

Stick with air in-air out for now.
