I got pulled over doing 40 in a 25. I was polite to the cop when I was pulled over and when I entered my not guilty plea. I dressed formally and got the fine dropped to 5 over with no points. Yes sir/ no sirwenta long way as well as being formally dressed (shirt and tie).

 

what exactly does the judge ask you? i can't believe i'm nervous... i'm not even guilty lol

 

if your not nerves your not human! court does that to normal people.........
hell i was nervous when i fought a ticket for expired plates when i had the sticker purchased and proof of it being purchased long before it expired i just forgot to put the Fing sticker on the plate! and i was still very nervous.... judge will probably try to pressure you to say something stupid and just take the ticket by freezing up....

but then again ya cannt be overconfident either.....

just relax, and explain to them the speed mistake. Whats the worst they can do? charge you the money it says?

 

If you don't want to go to court and would rather just pay the fee and be done with it, just plead "no contest."

the judge don't have time to listen to your bs, trust me! all he want to know if u feel guilty or not, if u wanna explain it and that mean u plead not guilty and they will have a other court time for u to go(not the same day). that mean more court fees for u, that case get a lawyer.

 

seriously? court fees? wtf!? so i went to court, and i requested a trial by written declaration.... deadline oct 31. hope all goes well
