then right below that is my radio, which is where your holders are I think

This would probably be a lotta modding for me
get the option audio console
you can find it on ebay
this allows you to relocate the radio to the lower console, and then put the taurus cupholders in the original DIN radio slot

so the option audio console part is ~$130, and I'm not wanting to pay that much for an extra slot for a cup holder =p

Anyone else have creative ideas? I found a sweet thing at Target with a 10-cd holder (cases), a coin tray and adjustable cup size fitter for like $7, but there's no way I could get that thing in my car very easily and have it not move

You can always go old school and get the cup holders that have the plastic tab that slides in between the window and the door panel.

Only £ 4.99 ! haha. I know they sell smaller adaptive cup holders, like the one you seen at target. I'd try and find one that would fit. That would be the cheapest and easiest way.

oh well, for the longest time i did not have cup holders at all. this is in my 1990 civic though.

i put in that teg center console, and they are the best cup holders ever!
they only hold medium and small drinks, but that is no problem. holds a can of coke no problem.

alright guys, sit back
i got the best solution right here... (besides of course doing the console swap and getting taurus cupholders).

at walmart and advance auto parts, for like $4 they sell a cupholder thing that wedges in between the passenger seat and the center console.
the best part is that it is sturdy, and holds up to an extra large drink from taco bell

There an overview shot? =p

Would that work in the 5th gen? In these pictures you've got, our center consoles aren't all raised. You're probably familiar, but just in case
They've got the part where you can open up the top and drop your 5" goodies in
Then right at the front end of that, maybe mid-thigh, it drops off and sinks down so the e-break is lowered. Not sure there's actually anything it could get squeezed between

I'll have to check
Anyone have any cheaply priced optional consoles?

Maybe I will go with the window holder hahahha
That's sweet.
