Default is a d15..

Is a D15 1.5l 4 cylinder v-tec better than my 1.6l non v-tec? and mini me swap is possible yes?

Better in what way? Did you do any type of research first? Maybe like wikipedia? That site has all the specs for both of the motors.

I need a better engine, if i just switch the d15 head with my 1.6l would it run better/faster?

what motor do you have and what motor are you looking at(engine codes)

yes, mini-me swap is possible.

Whether or not it will help or not depends what engine it is. Which engine is it????
