how exactly would i do this. i know how to take the dizzy off, but how would check to see if its turning. Can i rotate the cam pulley and check to see if the came itself is moving?

ok so maybe those kids were right. my brother got my cousin-in-law (he is a BMW dealer mechanic) and he said that the motor seized up and that the crank did break, i guess. not what are his options with a siezed motor? new head or a whole new motor.
