DC Sports Dead?

DC Sports Dead?
So I message my local car tuner store for some prices on a DC sport header, and heres what i got.
"Now DC sports products are basically extinct. AEM, who owned DC sports fort the past while, sold DC sports in January to a company based out of China. Since that time, they have produced no products, and they have given suppliers no reason to believe that they are going to make any more products."
I thought it was quite interesting. Am i the only one who had no idea?
