Default Part Number needed

Hi:

I've checked the various online dealers for the part numbers and they don't state it. I'd like to call down to the local autopart place with the number needed.

I have a 2008 civic LX, and looking for the part number for a the air filter and the cabin filter. If you can supply it, Great!

Third party parts stores just look up their number since every manufacturer of third party parts uses different numbering systems. Just call the store and tell them what car you have and which part you need and they'll look it up for you.

Vehicle is too new to get that information from 3rd parties. I've tried.

You could look at a dealer site like hondaautomotiveparts dot com and see if the one for the '07 has the same Honda number. If it does you can tell the third party store you have an '07 and it should fit. If the '08 uses a new part you will have to buy it from the dealer since the third parties haven't got it yet.
