I dont know what's wrong with this. My car heats up better than all the other cars I've owned. And almost better than my mom's 05. My car warms up good while idling.

My 97 dx is similar. Warms up about 10 miles down the road, 1 mile from work, every morning. Like clockwork.

However, our 2.4l i-vtec CR-V warms up in about 2 minutes, flat.

It's awesome

mine warms up preaty good when you drive it but if you let it idle it takes awhile....
if your ride takes awhile for it to warm up if you THINK its a problem...... then id say replace the thermostat and see if that helps any... you can always get a hotter thermostat for it to warm up faster.... ive been thinking about it on my civic to make it heat up faster.... seems like my car will blow some heat out after a few mins... but it just doesnt blow hot enough for me... i mean im practicaly at work before i get warm enough inside the car.... I DONT LIKE THAT!!!!!!

only problem would be having to swap the thermostat back in the spring...

i figure id just swap it out sometime... i just have other work i need to do around the house first

Warms up about 10 miles down the road
Really? Mine does it like 6 blocks from my house. Same stop sign everyday. Why does your take 10 miles?

Check your thermostat, Honda's should heat up fast as long as the thermo doesn't stick open.

Check your thermostat. It is the weakest part of your coolant system and doesn't cost very much.
