total build would be the plan.
i found a few places that will spin banace and knife egde cranks and i fiugred that it would be solid enough.
does any one know about main berring caps and journals?
the design looks pretty solid, being one giant piece but i want to know if there is anything i can do besides blueprinting in general to stregthen the bottom end?
.
and ill be wanting to make at least 18lbs of boost.
as far as head work goes, besides the obvious, has anyone heard about or had expieriance with making those kinds of numbers on a d block without blowing it to pieces after a thousand miles?

and i think ill be expierimenting with some fuel managment, possibly running 92 octate and race fuel in seperate cells. and maybe some managed methonal injection.

i just want this car to go from 50 to 150 quickly,
which will lead to the next series of questions...
brake and suspension
rear disc converstion for 88 hatch?
integra parts are a possible swap i heard.
info on that would be stellar as well

suspesion setups that have worked well for people would be nice info as well.

when this car is done ima get a plate that says "pstlwhpd"

For rear wheel disk conversion, you need 90-93 integra rear trailing arms < everything attached to rotor, calipler, ebrake cables ... > OR 90-91 crx rear trailing arms.

you can try to find a block girdle to strengthen the block.

You mean just the final drive gear? Looking at other forums i think it is possible but not sure, I am not a pro when it comes to trannys.

no i was talking about main cap girdles. it bolts up to the main bearings and adds alot of strength. did some research and i guess d-series engines have one stock.

but would you benefit from upgrading it to an aftermarket piece?

did some searching and found that si and zc tranny fd are swappable. google it, there is alot of info!
