i have the engine just above that with 16 valves, and it sucks...i wouldn't put any money into that engine bro

It should be on the intake manifold near cylinder #4. The 16 valve engine is a good economy car engine, the 8 valve one is indeed lame.

By the way the 16 valve D15B7 does not have an EGR valve at all, but I think the 8 valve does.

I defer to the more knowledgeable; however, information in the manual suggests to me that the D15Z1 but not the D15B8, D15B7, or D16Z6 has an EGR valve?
