Hey, I was just wondering if there are any parts for an EK that would possibly fit a 98 Ej8?

I've been looking at Password JDM, but of course, the offer only parts for 96-00 EKs. Not Ej8. A friend of mine said that some parts will fit, body wise, but internals and engine parts would not.

 

What type of parts are you looking for motorwise? Usually, you would not go by chassis code to buy motor parts, you would go by the engine code (in which yours is a d16y7 or y8).

Post up a link or two of things you want and are unsure of fitment if that doesn't help resolve the issue.

 

Some parts may fit, some may not. It depends on what engine they are made for, etc. Let us know which particular parts you are wondering about and we shall answer.

 

For the record, ej1=92-95 EX coupe. Assuming you have an EX, it's an ej8.

I was looking at the Password JDM cooling plate, Upper Front Strut Bar, and Camshaft (D-series).

Which camshaft were you looking to get? I have been thinking about returning my SOHC back to stock and removing the stg 2 crower camshaft, Skunk2 Intake Manifold, supertech valve springs and retainers (although the retainers probably are worn). Interested by chance?

 

I've been wanting a skunk2 intake manifold. Wanna pm me some pics, so I can see the condition of it?
