Default Rear Seat problem..

I can't get them out. Do I have to take off the side panels in order to get them out?

there is a bolt that holds them in inbetween the seats (top/bottom) in the middle
after bolt is removed then they will lift forward and up

Yep, exactly what he said. In my 97 Civic, it is a 10MM socket (use any extensions you have for ease) slighty toward the driver side, you can feel it if you run your hand between the seat and back. After you get that off, just pull from the back (I kept my hand on the metal piece the bolt goes through just to keep it from catching) and kind of lift and push back once the rear portion is out.

I'll clarify a little. I dunno if you're trying to remove the WHOLE back seat or just the seat bottom, or the seat backs, or the side bolster panels too.

For the seat bottom, there is the aforementioned 10mm bolt to the right of center if you are facing the back seat. For the seat back (if you are trying to remove that too), you have different options. There's the center hinge bolt if you have the two piece seat back. You pretty much need a crescent wrench or 10mm wrench to get that one out. As for the sides... You can either use a 10mm socket to remove the whole hinge from the sides, OR you can take the easy route and flip the seats down flat, look just barely under the fabric on the sides and see the 4 bolts (2 on each side) that hold the seat back to the hinges. If you remove those, the back seats will come out and the side hinges will stay. MUCH easier in my opinion. The side bolster panels are held on by 1 bolt on the bottoms (visible once the seat bottom is out) and two metal hook things that are in plastic sheaths. Once the bolt is out from the bottom. Pull straight up and they'll come off.

I got it all out. I'm wanting to put in a roll cage so I cleared it all out. Now I'm wanting to sell the seats and trunk cover, etc. How much should I sell it on Craigslist?
And where can I find a good roll cage? I was at JEGS.com looking.
