Yesterday as I was driving, the engine seemed to just hesitate and all the lights on the dash board went on for a second. I was driving around 40 miles per hour and was about to give the engine gas when this happened. Anyone ever experience this? Car is a 1999 Honda Civic SE. Around 70,000 miles on it. Any insight appreciated.
