Default Electrical Problem. Please Help

ok so i just swapped out my blue led gauge lights to some white ones when i plug everything back in and turn on the light, a quick blink and the gauge lights are off. so now i dont have any light in my gauge cluster. except the turn signals and the srs, seatbelt and brake light. i also notice that the fog lights and the climate control lights are off as well.

now here's the weird part. i got out of the car and set my alarm and my fog lights and the climate control light works. but its when i turn on my headlights that the climate control and fog lights doesnt work. the gauge cluster lights doesnt work either way.

What is causing this, why arent my lights working? I am thinking i blew a fuse, but what fuse? how do i check which fuse is the one that blew? and when i lock and unlock by alarm isnt the climate control and the gauge cluster light suppose to blink together? or are my led's for my gauge cluster blew up?

Thanks for reading and helping
