I just read in Yahoo Japan that Honda is going to stop making Civics as the end of this year and stop selling Civics in Japanese market. Wow, 40 years and no more new Civics,,,,

 

Not buying that.

I know Honda of Japan is stoping all Type R's.

 

The article says the production of Type Rs had stopped in August. Honda was going to sell HV Civic only for next year's Civic line but the HV Fits are selling quite well since introduction in October. It does not make sense to continue even that (selling HV Civic).

Last year 157000 Fits and only 9000 Civics were sold in Japan.

All this is what's happening in Japan and this would not apply to other market,,,,

yet???
