Exhaust question. What about this one...
ok so I dont want to spend a ton of cash, so I thought of Autozone, and you can order your parts and pick them up at the store. I found this "performance muffler" they sell, and tell me what you think.

Pleas note, that I dont the best of the best, I just want something that sounds better than what I have, (no current sound from exhaust really). Thanks guys
another question, all I need is a muffler for sound right? I dont have to change out the whole kit right?

RE: Exhaust question. What about this one...
Dude, that will be obnoxious, loud, annoying, and entirely not worth it. If you want to have a decent sound, please get on eBay and check out some twin loop mufflers. There's also always Magnaflow and other reasonably "name brand" companies that make good products.
Check out youtube for sounds of whatever muffler you're looking at.
What you should do when you get the muffler:
Take it to your local muffler shop and have them bend you an axle-back and to weld a flange onto the stock pipe/muffler so that you can switch them back if you want to. Nobody likes taking long trips with a loud-*** car. It probably wouldn't matter if you got a twin loop, though.
Muffler should be about $100 shipped + $80-$100 installed.

RE: Exhaust question. What about this one...
well is this just the tip we are talking about? because everywhere I read says Easy installlation. looks like you only have to screw 4 bolts/screws. I'm only talking about the muffler, not the entire kit. thanks

You don't want that one. I really like the sound of the stock muffler, which is none. Putting an intake on will make your car a lot louder too (and maybe very slightly faster) so you might want to try that first.
It is a good idea to have a flange setup so you can just undo two bolts and put the stock muffler back on.
