i just got a honda civic dx 04, yes its slow!!!!!!
i wanted to start quickening it up so im choosing a cold air intake first
now should i go for a 50 dollor one no brand on ebay 7-10 hp or a AEM for200 dollors 10-15 hp

Get an ebay tube, then put a quality brand name filter on the end. The tube is just a tube, but it's the filter that matters.

You could probably find the filter on eBay too. Also, don't expect a 10-15 hp gain from a cold air intake alone.

just get a K&N at auto zone...there not that much

well u give me some ideas of what i should be doing.
im not looking for a lot here i got a white hondacivic dx black rims good look but i just need it to sound a little bit better and be a little bit quicker

If you want it to sound better then just take off the exhaust. Running straight header gives it a more aggresive sound

Chanchai704, look at the FAQ under the Intake, Header, and Exhaust section. It will definitley answer some of your questions...
